7-Day Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. No questions asked — as long as the conditions below are met.

Refund in 5–7 Days

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is free from scratches, stains, odours, or damage caused after delivery
  • All accessories included with the product are returned
Items That Cannot Be Returned
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

The Return Process

Follow these steps to return your BAGBUZZ order:

  1. Initiate within 7 days — Email us at support@bagbuzzz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get confirmation — Our team will confirm your return eligibility within 1 business day and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack and ship — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Please retain the courier receipt.
  4. Inspection — Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and confirm your refund or exchange within 2 business days.
  5. Refund — Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refund timelines are from the date of approval. Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective product or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
