Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refund timelines are from the date of approval. Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order for the item you want.
If you received a defective product or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
