All prices on BAGBUZZ are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order placement is the price you pay.
We do not honour pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
Placing an order on BAGBUZZ constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

You may request an order cancellation by contacting us at support@bagbuzzz.com before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return after delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. BAGBUZZ does not store your card or banking details. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines and charges are detailed on our Shipping Information page. BAGBUZZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier for shipment.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing from BAGBUZZ, you agree to that policy.
