Your order is received and we start processing it immediately. You will get a confirmation by email or phone shortly after.
We carefully pack your bags in protective packaging and hand them over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days.
Your order is on its way. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location in India.
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Delays may occur during high-demand periods (sale events, festival seasons) or due to courier disruptions. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
We ship across India using trusted courier partners including Shiprocket and their network of delivery services.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any charges are shown clearly before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees.
We cover most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of placing the order.
Once your order is shipped, track it any time using your order number and mobile number on our Track Order page.
Every bag is packed with protective wrapping to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition — no dents, scratches, or damage.
Outer packaging is designed to protect against moisture and dust during transit — especially important during monsoon season.
Your BAGBUZZ order is packed neatly — whether it's for yourself or a gift, it will look great when it arrives.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@bagbuzzz.com if you need to change the delivery address. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please take photographs and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@bagbuzzz.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Currently we offer standard delivery only. We are working on faster delivery options for select cities — stay tuned.
